• Pay: $15/hour based on estimated job length. If you finish early, you’re still paid for the full estimated time. Many jobs finish 30–60 minutes early due to improved tools.

• Tips: All tips are directly split between the team members on the job.

• Hours: Flexible scheduling. We work around school and other job commitments.

• Training: No education or experience required. Free training provided.
